외식 물가가 비싸 도시락을 싸다니는 것이 흔한 일본과 달리 우리나라는 대체로 점심을 사먹는 경우가 많았다. 하지만 최근 점심시간의 풍경이 달라지고 있다.
점심 한 끼 만원 시대
소비자물가 상승률이 1년 2개월 만에 3%대로 내려왔지만 여전히 소비자들의 소비 심리는 크게 위축되어있다. 지표와 달리 체감 상 여전히 고물가라고 느끼는 것이다. 삼겹살, 삼계탕 등 외식품목은 1년 만에 최대 16%나 가격이 상승했다. 이에 점심 시간이 되면 점심값에 대한 부담이 크다는 직장인들이 많다. 물가가 오르면서 점심값으로 1만원 가량을 지불해야하기 때문이다. 이처럼 외식비의 부담이 커지자 도시락을 싸다니는 직장인들도 많아지고 있다. 도시락을 싸기 여의치 않은 사람은 저렴한 편의점 도시락으로 한 끼를 떼우기도 한다. 이에 유통업계는 가성비 도시락을 잇따라 내놓고 있다.
